Wholeness Heals

ree

There is so much in this world that feels overwhelming to the body and mind when we live from the belief that we are separate from Life. But when we begin to remember—through our whole being—that we are drops of water in the vast ocean of Life, healing begins.

As we rest more deeply in our wholeness, the body relaxes. Tension softens. Resistance begins to loosen. It is this wholeness in us that has the capacity to hold and heal what the mind and body cannot make sense of. Wholeness carries no agenda, no judgment. It welcomes what the separate psychological self cannot.

And in resting there, the mind and body begin to let go. They return to their natural innocence, to a quiet sense of belonging.

Meditation is a doorway into the present moment.

The present moment is a doorway into wholeness.

And wholeness does not belong to the few—it is at the root of existence itself.

When we wake up to that, true healing begins.

One gentle way to start is by attuning to the natural world.

Right now, you might ask yourself:

What happens in my body when I attune to the natural world?

What happens when I attune to the man-made world?

Which brings a sense of ease, connection, or aliveness?

Which brings tension, contraction, or anxiety?

If you’re new to this kind of practice, I encourage you to seek support. Find a teacher, a local group, or reach out for a one-on-one session. Sometimes what’s needed most is simply a safe space to reconnect with what’s already whole in you.
