What is Spiritual Coaching

Spiritual coaching is a guided one-on-one process that helps you bring mindfulness off the cushion and into daily life.. So often, mindfulness is something we practice during a formal sit or structured routine. However, the true power of mindfulness and meditation is revealed when we bring them into our daily lives. Informal practice is what takes mindfulness from being separate activity into being a way of life.


Formal practice helps us settle into peace and stillness. But it’s through informal practice that we begin to embody what we’ve realized on the cushion. For meditation and mindfulness are not something we do, but a state of being where we live and rest from our true nature. And as we rest more in our true nature, peace, love, joy, aliveness, silence, and compassion start to arise in us naturally.


Spiritual coaching supports you in reconnecting with the inner dimensions already within you—often buried beneath the noise of thoughts, beliefs, conditioning, emotional patterns, and physiological responses.


In a world that has largely forgotten its connection to Life, mindfulness becomes an anchor. And when we meet life from presence, even our messiness and struggles become compost—fertile ground for awakening into our true nature.
